Are you considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel? If you are looking at the cost of hiring someone to demolish or deconstruct your kitchen or bathroom, let us help you estimate costs.

Our kitchen and bath Demo package starts at $2,400.

All you need to do is put away your dirty dishes! Just kidding. You will want to clean out your cabinets of all dishware, flatware, Tupperware, and everything in between. Once your kitchen is packed or emptied, we will handle the rest. What can you expect from our service?

We provide a crew to remove cabinets, counter tops, undercabinet lighting, and backsplash tile. Appliances like your old dishwasher and microwave that you no longer want will also be removed. For the most part, we can place your disused kitchen cabinets on the street for trash pickup if your city allows.

If you live in an area where trash service does not include appliances and construction material, we will procure an appropriate dumpster for the project at an additional charge.

How long does it take?

Most projects involving a kitchen or bathroom remodel renovation take one day to complete.

What costs extra?

Most kitchen and bath remodels are limited to the cabinets and or vanity, plumbing fixtures, and tile. If you need your floor removed down to the subfloor, that would be an additional cost due to a few factors.

First factor depends on how old your house is and when it was built. Homes built before the 1970's may have hazardous materials known as asbestos or lead. Usually, lead is found in paint and asbestos is in your linoleum and wall or ceiling insulation.

Testing and abatement (or disposal) of the hazardous materials will always cost more due to the nature of the hazards. We will be happy to bring in the experts to get the abatement done with proper certification.

What about PERMITS?

Good question. Yes. A permit may be required. Sometimes. In the case of plumbing, you will need a licensed plumber to help with that. In our situation, removing cabinets and fixtures does not need a permit in most areas of Texas.

Are you guys insured?

Yes.
